Zwitch is an all-in-one application to manage employees, act as a POS and integrate payroll for small businesses.

The goal here is to provide a simple and easy interface that businesses will not have to rely on spreadsheets for managing their data if they intend to be serious about their business. This application takes their business online and will eventually handle mobile money payments. 

The benefits

The application will provide the following features and benefits:

  1. Employee management: The goal here is to provide a portal for the management of employees. This has to do with personal information, job descriptions, payments within the platform (through momo via the payroll section) and promotions.
  2. Management of products and services: Users are able to list all available services and/or products they offer so that they can effective record their management. Product section also includes stock management.
  3. Purchase orders: This is a perfect fit for small businesses that receive supplies from some specific suppliers and want to ensure that purchase orders can be formally made and then used as a source of input for stock entries.
  4. Sales and order: This sections allows users to manage sales data and track orders. This makes the process easy doesn't interfere with their process if they are still receiving payments via cash only.
